T\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c, doanh nghi\u1ec7p ch\u1ec9 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c cung c\u1ea5p d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 n\u1ed9i dung th\u00f4ng tin tr\u00ean m\u1ea1ng vi\u1ec5n th\u00f4ng di \u0111\u1ed9ng sau khi \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u0103ng k\u00fd cung c\u1ea5p d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 n\u1ed9i dung th\u00f4ng tin tr\u00ean m\u1ea1ng vi\u1ec5n th\u00f4ng di \u0111\u1ed9ng theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u1ee7a B\u1ed9 Th\u00f4ng tin v\u00e0 Truy\u1ec1n th\u00f4ng.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. \u0110i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n \u0111\u0103ng k\u00fd cung c\u1ea5p d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 n\u1ed9i dung th\u00f4ng tin tr\u00ean m\u1ea1ng vi\u1ec5n th\u00f4ng di \u0111\u1ed9ng:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a) L\u00e0 t\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c, doanh nghi\u1ec7p th\u00e0nh l\u1eadp theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u1ee7a ph\u00e1p Lu\u1eadt Vi\u1ec7t Nam c\u00f3 ch\u1ee9c n\u0103ng, nhi\u1ec7m v\u1ee5 ho\u1eb7c \u0111\u0103ng k\u00fd doanh nghi\u1ec7p ng\u00e0nh ngh\u1ec1 cung c\u1ea5p d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 n\u1ed9i dung th\u00f4ng tin tr\u00ean m\u1ea1ng;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b) C\u00f3 \u0111\u1ee7 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng t\u00e0i ch\u00ednh, k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt, t\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c, nh\u00e2n s\u1ef1 ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p v\u1edbi quy m\u00f4 ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">c) C\u00f3 bi\u1ec7n ph\u00e1p b\u1ea3o \u0111\u1ea3m an to\u00e0n th\u00f4ng tin v\u00e0 an ninh th\u00f4ng tin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3.
