M\u1ee9c chi tr\u1ea3 b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c xe c\u01a1 gi\u1edbi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Theo \u0110i\u1ec1u 5 <a href=\"https:\/\/luatsubaoho.com\/phapluat\/thong-tu-22-2016-tt-btc-quy-tac-dieu-khoan-bieu-phi-va-muc-trach-nhiem-bao-hiem-bat-buoc-trach-nhiem-dan-su-cua-chu-xe-co-gioi\/\">Th\u00f4ng t\u01b0 22\/2016\/TT-BTC<\/a>, ph\u1ea1m vi b\u1ed3i th\u01b0\u1eddng thi\u1ec7t h\u1ea1i c\u1ee7a b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c tr\u00e1ch nhi\u1ec7m d\u00e2n s\u1ef1 xe c\u01a1 gi\u1edbi g\u1ed3m:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 Thi\u1ec7t h\u1ea1i ngo\u00e0i h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng v\u1ec1 th\u00e2n th\u1ec3, t\u00ednh m\u1ea1ng v\u00e0 t\u00e0i s\u1ea3n \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi b\u00ean th\u1ee9 ba do xe c\u01a1 gi\u1edbi g\u00e2y ra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 Thi\u1ec7t h\u1ea1i v\u1ec1 th\u00e2n th\u1ec3 v\u00e0 t\u00ednh m\u1ea1ng c\u1ee7a h\u00e0nh kh\u00e1ch theo h\u1ee3p \u0111\u1ed3ng v\u1eadn chuy\u1ec3n h\u00e0nh kh\u00e1ch do xe c\u01a1 gi\u1edbi g\u00e2y ra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Theo \u0110i\u1ec1u 9 Ngh\u1ecb \u0111\u1ecbnh 22\/2016\/TT-BTC, s\u1ed1 ti\u1ec1n t\u1ed1i \u0111a doanh nghi\u1ec7p b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 ph\u1ea3i tr\u1ea3 nh\u01b0 sau:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 M\u1ee9c tr\u00e1ch nhi\u1ec7m b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi thi\u1ec7t h\u1ea1i <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">v\u1ec1 ng\u01b0\u1eddi do xe c\u01a1 gi\u1edbi<\/span> g\u00e2y ra l\u00e0 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">100 tri\u1ec7u<\/span> \u0111\u1ed3ng\/01 ng\u01b0\u1eddi\/01 v\u1ee5 tai n\u1ea1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 M\u1ee9c tr\u00e1ch nhi\u1ec7m b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi thi\u1ec7t h\u1ea1i v\u1ec1 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">t\u00e0i s\u1ea3n do xe m\u00f4 t\u00f4<\/span> hai b\u00e1nh, xe m\u00f4 t\u00f4 ba b\u00e1nh, xe g\u1eafn m\u00e1y v\u00e0 c\u00e1c lo\u1ea1i xe c\u01a1 gi\u1edbi t\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ef1 (k\u1ec3 c\u1ea3 xe c\u01a1 gi\u1edbi d\u00f9ng cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi t\u00e0n t\u1eadt) g\u00e2y ra l\u00e0 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">50 tri\u1ec7u<\/span> \u0111\u1ed3ng\/01 v\u1ee5 tai n\u1ea1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 M\u1ee9c tr\u00e1ch nhi\u1ec7m b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi thi\u1ec7t h\u1ea1i <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">v\u1ec1 t\u00e0i s\u1ea3n do xe \u00f4 t\u00f4<\/span>, m\u00e1y k\u00e9o, xe m\u00e1y thi c\u00f4ng, xe m\u00e1y n\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p, l\u00e2m nghi\u1ec7p v\u00e0 c\u00e1c lo\u1ea1i xe \u0111\u1eb7c ch\u1ee7ng kh\u00e1c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng v\u00e0o m\u1ee5c \u0111\u00edch an ninh, qu\u1ed1c ph\u00f2ng (k\u1ec3 c\u1ea3 r\u01a1-mo\u00f3c v\u00e0 s\u01a1 mi r\u01a1-mo\u00f3c \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c k\u00e9o b\u1edfi xe \u00f4 t\u00f4 ho\u1eb7c m\u00e1y k\u00e9o) g\u00e2y ra l\u00e0 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">100 tri\u1ec7u<\/span> \u0111\u1ed3ng\/01 v\u1ee5 tai n\u1ea1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>L\u01b0u \u00fd<\/em>: Doanh nghi\u1ec7p b\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m kh\u00f4ng b\u1ed3i th\u01b0\u1eddng thi\u1ec7t h\u1ea1i \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi c\u00e1c tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p sau:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 H\u00e0nh \u0111\u1ed9ng c\u1ed1\u00a0\u00fd g\u00e2y thi\u1ec7t h\u1ea1i c\u1ee7a ch\u1ee7 xe, l\u00e1i xe ho\u1eb7c c\u1ee7a ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u1ecb thi\u1ec7t h\u1ea1i.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 L\u00e1i xe g\u00e2y tai n\u1ea1n c\u1ed1\u00a0\u00fd b\u1ecf ch\u1ea1y kh\u00f4ng th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n tr\u00e1ch nhi\u1ec7m d\u00e2n s\u1ef1 c\u1ee7a ch\u1ee7 xe, l\u00e1i xe c\u01a1 gi\u1edbi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 L\u00e1i xe kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 Gi\u1ea5y ph\u00e9p l\u00e1i xe ho\u1eb7c Gi\u1ea5y ph\u00e9p l\u00e1i xe kh\u00f4ng ph\u00f9 h\u1ee3p.
