H\u1ed3 s\u01a1 \u0111\u1ec3 l\u00e0m phi\u1ebfu l\u00fd l\u1ecbch t\u01b0 ph\u00e1p g\u1ed3m:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1. H\u1ed3 s\u01a1 l\u00e0m l\u00fd l\u1ecbch t\u01b0 ph\u00e1p \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi c\u00f4ng d\u00e2n Vi\u1ec7t Nam:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 B\u1ea3n ch\u1ee5p ch\u1ee9ng minh nh\u00e2n d\u00e2n <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ho\u1eb7c<\/span> h\u1ed9 chi\u1ebfu (k\u00e8m theo b\u1ea3n ch\u00ednh \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ed1i chi\u1ebfu);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 B\u1ea3n ch\u1ee5p c\u1ee7a h\u1ed9 kh\u1ea9u <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ho\u1eb7<\/span>c gi\u1ea5y ch\u1ee9ng nh\u1eadn t\u1ea1m tr\u00fa t\u1ea1m v\u1eafng (k\u00e8m b\u1ea3n ch\u00ednh \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ed1i chi\u1ebfu) ho\u1eb7c gi\u1ea5y t\u1edd t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u1ec3 x\u00e1c nh\u1eadn v\u1ec1 n\u01a1i c\u01b0 tr\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 T\u1edd khai xin c\u1ea5p phi\u1ebfu l\u00fd l\u1ecbch t\u01b0 ph\u00e1p (theo m\u1eabu, d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ngo\u00e0i ra, n\u1ebfu ng\u01b0\u1eddi xin c\u1ea5p phi\u1ebfu L\u00fd l\u1ecbch t\u01b0 ph\u00e1p n\u1eb1m trong c\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed1i t\u01b0\u1ee3ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c mi\u1ec5n gi\u1ea3m l\u1ec7 ph\u00ed, ch\u01b0a xo\u00e1 ti\u1ec1n s\u1ef1\u2026 c\u1ea7n xu\u1ea5t tr\u00ecnh gi\u1ea5y t\u1edd c\u00f3 li\u00ean quan \u0111\u1ec3 ch\u1ee9ng minh.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. H\u1ed3 s\u01a1 l\u00e0m l\u00fd l\u1ecbch t\u01b0 ph\u00e1p \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi ng\u01b0\u1eddi n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>T\u1edd khai y\u00eau c\u1ea7u c\u1ea5p phi\u1ebfu l\u00fd l\u1ecbch t\u01b0 ph\u00e1p (theo m\u1eabu, d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3);<\/li>\n<li>H\u1ed9 chi\u1ebfu, visa ho\u1eb7c th\u1ebb t\u1ea1m tr\u00fa (b\u1ea3n photo k\u00e8m theo b\u1ea3n ch\u00ednh \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ed1i chi\u1ebfu)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u01b0u \u00fd: \u0110\u1ed1i v\u1edbi vi\u1ec7c xin phi\u1ebfu L\u00fd l\u1ecbch t\u01b0 ph\u00e1p s\u1ed1 1 c\u00e1 nh\u00e2n c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u1ee7y quy\u1ec1n cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi kh\u00e1c th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n v\u1edbi \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n ph\u1ea3i c\u00f3 <em>v\u0103n b\u1ea3n \u1ee7y quy\u1ec1n theo \u0111\u00fang quy \u0111\u1ecbnh n\u1ed9p k\u00e8m v\u1edbi b\u1ea3n sao ch\u1ee9ng minh th\u01b0<\/em> c\u1ee7a ng\u01b0\u1eddi \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u1ee7y quy\u1ec1n. N\u1ebfu ng\u01b0\u1eddi \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u1ee7y quy\u1ec1n l\u00e0 cha, m\u1eb9, v\u1ee3, ch\u1ed3ng, con c\u1ee7a c\u00e1 nh\u00e2n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u1ea5p th\u00ec ch\u1ec9 c\u1ea7n xu\u1ea5t tr\u00ecnh gi\u1ea5y t\u1edd ch\u1ee9ng minh quan h\u1ec7 m\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng c\u1ea7n \u0111\u01a1n \u1ee7y quy\u1ec1n.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<strong>III.<\/strong><strong> Th\u1eddi gian l\u00e0m phi\u1ebfu l\u00fd l\u1ecbch t\u01b0 ph\u00e1p<\/strong>\n<\/h3>\n<p>Theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh t\u00ednh t\u1eeb ng\u00e0y nh\u1eadn \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c h\u1ed3 s\u01a1 h\u1ee3p l\u1ec7 t\u1ed1i \u0111a l\u00e0 10 ng\u00e0y. N\u1ebfu c\u00e1 nh\u00e2n \u0111\u00e3 c\u01b0 tr\u00fa nhi\u1ec1u n\u01a1i ho\u1eb7c ng\u01b0\u1eddi n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i hay c\u00f3 th\u1eddi gian l\u00e0m vi\u1ec7c t\u1ea1i n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i th\u00ec th\u1eddi gian t\u1ed1i \u0111a l\u00e0 15 \u2013 20 ng\u00e0y l\u00e0m vi\u1ec7c. Ngo\u00e0i ra ch\u00fang t\u00f4i c\u00f2n cung c\u1ea5p th\u00eam d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 l\u00e0m k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 nhanh.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>IV. D\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 xin phi\u1ebfu l\u00fd l\u1ecbch t\u01b0 ph\u00e1p: <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Khi c\u1ea7n xin phi\u1ebfu l\u00fd l\u1ecbch t\u01b0 ph\u00e1p, kh\u00e1ch h\u00e0ng th\u1eddi gian c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 c\u1ee7a c\u1ee7a ch\u00fang t\u00f4i<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kh\u00e1ch h\u00e0ng c\u1ea7n cung c\u1ea5p gi\u1ea5y t\u1edd c\u1ea7n thi\u1ebft nh\u01b0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ch\u1ee9ng minh nh\u00e2n d\u00e2n ho\u1eb7c h\u1ed9 chi\u1ebfu;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u1ed5 h\u1ed9 kh\u1ea9u;<\/li>\n<li>T\u1edd khai (d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3);<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gi\u1ea5y \u1ee7y quy\u1ec1n;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u2013 D\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 c\u1ee7a ch\u00fang t\u00f4i cung c\u1ea5p nh\u01b0 sau:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Thay kh\u00e1ch h\u00e0ng chu\u1ea9n b\u1ecb c\u00e1c gi\u1ea5y t\u1edd li\u00ean quan, photo c\u00f4ng ch\u1ee9ng n\u1ebfu c\u1ea7n;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">So\u1ea1n th\u1ea3o h\u1ed3 s\u01a1 xin c\u1ea5p phi\u1ebfu l\u00fd l\u1ecbch t\u01b0 ph\u00e1p;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0110i\u1ec1n v\u00e0o t\u1edd khai t\u1ea1i s\u1edf t\u01b0 ph\u00e1p;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u01b0 v\u1ea5n cho kh\u00e1ch h\u00e0ng b\u1ed5 sung c\u00e1c gi\u1ea5y t\u1edd c\u1ea7n thi\u1ebft n\u1ebfu \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c C\u01a1 quan c\u00f3 th\u1ea9m quy\u1ec1n y\u00eau c\u1ea7u trong qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh x\u1eed l\u00fd h\u1ed3 s\u01a1;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nh\u1eadn k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 v\u00e0 b\u00e0n giao cho kh\u00e1ch h\u00e0ng.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>V.
